Review & Giveaway: Beanie Design

When I was having both my boys I always made sure their heads were covered. One of my FAVORITE things to have is ton of baby hats, that's why I was so thrilled when the folks at Beanie Designs let me to review one of their items or such I say the cutest little hats I have ever seen.  These adorable beanies and hats are PERFECT for making your sweet one look even sweeter - whether you are taking cute pictures or just going out on the town! And when it comes to photos I know a lot because I am a photographer. I went to use the hat one day in a shoot but my youngest son got it out of my bad and spilled grape juice on it so I have to get it all clean up but have no idea how to get grape juice out.

The kind folks at Beanie Designs let me pick a hat out for myself and, since I don't know the sex of my baby yet, I picked this ADORABLE
Organic cotton Ear Hat: Cream Bear

All soft and creamy, this little bear ears baby hat makes donning a hat more fun than your little one might think. Sweet, perky ears set atop the cuddliest of beanie hats make for endless fun looking in the mirror – not to mention the warmth and breath-ability that keep your little boy or girl comfortable.
  • Cream beanie hat design with ears on top.
  • Made of extra soft 100% organic cotton yarn.
  • Hand knitted using Beanie Designs proprietary heirloom-quality knitting techniques for impeccable style detail and your baby's comfort.
  • Roll up the rim to get the perfect fit.
  • Machine washable.
You want a hat your baby can grow into and wear for a long time. That's why we use the rolling rim style on a lot of knitted beanie hat styles. Start out with the edge rolled up and then unroll all the way down as your little baby bear grows. The bear ears style is gender neutral in tan and cream, so this hat is wonderful for either the little boy or girl in your life. Our attention to quality ensures it can be passed down from one child to the next - or even saved for the next generation! And when all is said and done, this darling bear ears hat will make a wonderful keepsake from your child's infant years.

But as soon as I get it all cleaned up I will post some photos of the beanie.

Review: BartsCookies.com

I love cookies! For me, it is the ultimate sweet snack. Whenever, I need to curb my sweet tooth's appetite, I go for cookies. Chocolate chip cookies are always a great choice, because it is something that almost everyone can agree on. Personally, I love to explore different variations of ingredients in my cookies. My husband has always loved macadamia nuts. I am always open to try new cookies as our my kids. But what kids don't like cookies no matter the out come you know they will eat them.

Since, I love cookies so much, I decided to contact Bart Smith, also known as the maker of the world's best cookies. I asked him if I could get my hands on some of his world famous cookies for review. He was generous enough to send me some of his Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate Cookies and Macadamia and White Chocolate Chip Cookies.

When I got the cookies, I was so happy. They where soft and smooth. They where just right. I mean I was in peanut butter heaven with my cookies as was my husband with his macadamia cookie. My kids really love them as well. My husband said we are sure to order more from Bart's because of the texture of the cookie and the quality taste they have. They reminded me of the cookies my grandmother use to bake.

World's best cookie is quite the title to live up to, but Bart Smith is so confident in his cookie confections that if you do not feel that "these are some of the best tasting cookies that you've ever tasted in the entire world", he encourages you to contact him so he can make things right, giving his customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Another very interesting fact, is that Bart Smith owes his success in business to his cookies. Whenever he has an interested client, rather than give them a business card, he would offer to send them a dozen of his cookies. After they tried his cookies, they would come back with "How could we not want to work with you?" This brought him to writing a book on networking. He has now written many self-help books, runs several websites, and sells his famous cookies online.

The different types of cookies that he makes are pretty simple. Dark Chocolate Chip, Milk Chocolate Chip, Dark + Milk Chocolate Chip Combo, Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Chip + Macadamia Nuts. Pretty much all of your classic cookies. They also have a gluten free option for all of the cookies.

Review: Heartthrob Henry

While this bear is called Henry, I feel like it's an illusion to Harry (aka Harry Styles of One Direction). As is probably obvious now, this little bear sings “What Makes You Beautiful” by One Direction. You flip the switch on the bottom to turn it on, and then squeeze the left foot when you want the song to play. It actually sings for a bit longer than I would have thought…which is awesome, and I think it makes the product better. And guess what? The batteries are already in the bear! I hate getting products that you can't use right away for lack of batteries.

When the bear sings, it sways back and forth and its mouth moves. So it makes it a bit more realistic, and it's not just music escaping from the body and it actually looks like it's giving a performance.

The actual bear is really soft, and comes in a light blue hoodie that you can unzip and the hoodie does have a hood that you can put on the bear’s head or leave it hanging down its back. The bears is holding a mic in his hands which makes it that much cuter. This bear is great for any one that love One Direction. I am 26 and my 6 year old son knows every word to this song. He got mad when I gave it to my friend's daughter.
